Modernization & Development
The Montgomery County Housing Authority Modernization and Development Department:
- Administers architectural and engineering prerequisites,
- Prepares bid documents, and
- Procures, awards and performs contract administration for construction modernization, rehabilitation and development projects performed on Montgomery County Housing Authority-owned commercial properties, residential developments and high-rise buildings. This is in full compliance with federal standards or state and local laws that are more stringent, provided they are consistent with the Code of Federal Regulations.
